Repair and re-tubing of main and auxiliary condensers, air heaters, feed water pre- heaters, oil coolers, air conditioning chillers to ABS and ASME Code requirements. 

Experienced in all aspects of boiler erection and repair to high pressure main propulsion power

boilers, auxiliary boilers and waste heat boilers performed by experienced boiler makers along with ABS

and ANSI/AWS certified welders. We own an extensive stock of specialized equipment for tube removal

and replacement including hydraulic milling machines for removal of welded superheater tubes, tube

expanders, grinders and welding equipment.

We have extensive experience with oil fired auxiliary and waste heat boilers manufactured by Osaka Boiler ,

Aalborg and others, and can supply tubes and components made to your specifications from drawings or samples 

Repair and fabrication of shafts, bushings, and special components or fixtures requiring machining and/or welding. Repairs to winches and crane components. 

We currently store vessel spare parts and provide shipping and receiving services for them. Our location is less than 3 miles from the port of Newark/Elizabeth, NJ, and Newark International Airport allowing fast and easy access.
